Person
Centred Planning is a process developed in the US in the 1970’s by
John O’Brien. It aims to identify skills, interests, abilities and
goals for people with disabilities. This process will be used to
facilitate individuals, families and professional supports to
identify viable career goals within the students participating in
this workshop.
Session 1 will focus
