Parent Information Forum
A forum for parents to assist their children to make the
transition from primary to secondary school and from secondary into
other forms of education training and employment.

Keynote Speaker: Dr. Michael Carr-Gregg

Dr Michael Carr-Gregg is
one of Australia's highest profile psychologists. He specialises in
the area of parenting adolescents and adolescent mental health.
Michael has been the Consultant Psychologist to the Victorian
Secondary Schools Principal's Association, Australian Boarding Staff
Association, Australian Ballet
School, St Catherine's
School and Melbourne
Girls' College. In 2003 he was one of the founding members of
the National Coalition Against
Bullying and became one of their national
spokespersons.
Michael has extensive experience
in the media and is currently a regular on Neil Mitchell's
morning program on radio 3AW.
In 2002 Michael was asked to be the official psychologist to Girlfriend Magazine, the
best selling magazine for young women in Australia. Michael is also
regular contributor to a variety of magazines including Australian
Doctor and the Herald Sun - Australia's biggest selling
newspaper.
A wide range of community
agencies will be available on the night to provide information on
the support and programs available to you and your child in the
local community.
