2017 Gateway LLEN Health & Allied Services Young Industry Ambassadors Initiative

Showcase your brightest and best young staff by nominating now!

Young Industry Ambassadors (YIAs) are trained to talk about their own career pathway to targeted groups of secondary school students.  YIAs provide real, practical information, which can assist students to make informed choices about their own future pathway.

Young people from a wide range of organisations and  occupations are participating in this great initiative.  Ambassadors  are keen to share their own career story  (and what they have learned along the way) with your students. It’s a great way for students to converse with young people and  gain a practical understanding of what the occupation is and what its really like to work in the Health sector.
